摘    要:由于科技创新存在高风险性和不确定性,高水平的科技创新取决于团队成员之间的优势互补、充分沟通和密切配合,科技创新团队对成员的选择要求是一个非常重要而且非常复杂的决策问题。因此,科技创新团队成员选择过程中,历史合作信息对于决策者具有重要价值,决策者应当优先选择历史合作好的成员组合。除个体素质方面应当考虑知识背景、学术资格、项目经验、论文水平、创新意识、反应能力、个人需求等外,还应考虑合作精神、合作论文数量、合作论文级别、合作项目数量、合作项目级别等协同信息。

Abstract:High risk due to scientific and technological innovation and uncertainty,a high level of scientific and technological innovation depends on complementary strengths among team members,effective communication and close cooperation,scientific and scientific and technological innovation requires the choice of team members is a very important and complex decision making the problem.Thus,scientific and technological innovation team selection process,the history of cooperation information of great value for decision-makers,policy makers should give priority to cooperation in the history of good composition.In addition to the quality of the individual should be considered background,academic qualifications,project experience,the paper level,innovation,responsiveness,loaded with personal needs,consideration should be given the spirit of cooperation,cooperation in the number of papers,thesis cooperation level,the number of cooperation projects,cooperation at the project level and other collaborative information.
