| 摘 要： | 在对战略性新兴产业发展条件和科技创新价值活动基础上,研究了战略性新兴产业科技创新体系。在深入探究战略性新兴产业发展中产业科技创新体系的作用机理上,形成了战略性新兴产业科技创新体系建设路径。最后提出了战略性新兴产业科技创新体系建设的策略。
