| Abstract: | This paper review the definition theory of S&T human resource.Simultaneously it analyzes and considers the main problems of statistics application in China.Based on that,it offers some suggestions and considerations to accelerate the theory studies and to set up special statistical yearbook of S&T human resource.It also brings forward some suggestions about improvement of the statistics categories and subdivide index,etc. |
