| 摘 要： | 科技贡献率大、比较优势突出、产业关联效应强、低碳效果明显是区域战略性新兴产业的本质特性。以陕西为例的实证分析表明:以此为基准构建的指标体系,能够合理有效地评价并筛选出具有区域竞争优势的战略性新兴产业,避免各区域重复建设、无序竞争的危险,推动产业的结构升级和协调发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the Chinese strategic emerging industry development direction and the viewpoint of economic structural adjustment of area of our country,the paper determines the regional strategic emerging industry selection criteria and constructs evaluation index system.Scientific evaluation and selection of the regional emerging strategic industries is beneficial to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and coordinated development of regional industry,also it can avoid disorderly competition and repeat construction risk. |
