| Abstract: | Organizationchanging is thought of as one of permanent topics dealing with an organization survivaland sustentation under dynamical and complex environment. Establishing the learningorganization (LO) is a main tendency of organizational changes. This article discusses thebackground of the tendency and organizational knowledge obstacles and mechanism oforganization learning, reflects on management rules for the learning organization, andinduces some characteristics of it. |
