| 摘 要： | 采用MTT方法观察一定浓度的谷氨酸对PC12细胞活性的影响，结合凝胶电泳和荧光显微镜观察细胞有无DNA断裂和凋亡形态学改变。结果发现谷氨酸确有兴奋毒作用，细胞死亡机制主要为凋亡。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to study the PC12 cell damage induced by glutamate. Viability of PC 12 cells was assessed by MTT colorimetric assay. DNA fragment was examined by characters of apoptosis were checked with fluorescence microscope. the damage of PC12 by exposure to glutamate. agarose gel electrophoresis and morphological It turns out that apoptosis may be involved in the damage of PC12 by exposure to glutamate. |
