现行研究生奖学金制度的利弊分析

自2006年我国开始实行研究生培养机制改革以来,截至2009年底所有教育部直属重点高校全部实行了研究生收费制度。大部分改革高校都采取发放奖学金和助学金的方式资助优秀研究生,奖助学金一般可以冲抵全部或者部分学费。X大学是国家重点大学,2008年成为了改革试点高校,其奖学金改革具体实施方案引起了在校师生的强烈关注。本研究探讨了改大学培养机制改革实施的成效和影响,以期为下一步的改革实践提供有益的经验总结和建议。

An analysis on advantages and disadvantages of the current system of post-graduate scholarship

Since the reform of the post-graduate training system in China in 2006,all universities directly under the Ministry of Education establishes tuition-charging system for post-graduate education up to the end of 2009.Most universities provide financial aid for excellent post-graduates with scholarship and assistantship,which can offset all or part of tuition.X University is a national key university that joined pilot project in 2008.Its concrete implementation of the scholarship reform attracts much attention.This study discusses the reform＇s effectiveness and impact,hoping to provide useful lessons and recommendations for further reform practice.
