摘    要:建立了一种分析苦荞中多菌灵残留量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC).苦荞粉粹后,用乙酸乙酯超声提取,净化、浓缩、用乙腈定容.采用配有紫外检测器的HPLC测定,以乙腈-水(体积比为65:35)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min,检测波长为282 nm.浓度在0.025~5.000 μg·mL范围内多菌灵的质量浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,R为0.999 9; 平均回收率为83.60;~91.59;,RSD为2.11;~6.56;,方法的最低检出限(3S/N)为0.01 mg·kg.该方法操作简单,灵敏度、重现性良好.

Abstract:The method was established to the detect the carbendazim residue in buckwheat by the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The buckwheat samples were splintered,extracted with ethyl acetate by ultrasonic wave,purified,concentrated and diluted with acetonitrile.The experiments were performed by HPLC equipped with VWD.Experiment conditions are as follows:mobile phase,acetonitrile:water(65:35); flow rate,1 mL·min; wavelength,282 nm.The peak area was linearly proportional to carbendazim concentration in the range between 0.025~5.000 μg·mL.The results showed the R was 0.999 9,RSD was 2.11;~6.56;,the average recovery was 83.60;~91.59;,and the lowest detection limit was 0.01 mg·kg.The method has advantages of simply operating,high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
