| 摘 要： | 在我国,私募基金日益发展壮大,已成为资本市场的重要成员。目前,私募基金在法律地位、运作方式、监管手段等诸多方面都还存在问题。本文通过对私募基金的特征分析,揭示出其隐含的巨大风险。对如何规范发展私募基金、控制防范风险、充分利用其合理内核,文中提出了相关对策。

| Abstract: | In China,private funds have expanded on a large scale and become key members in the capital market.Nevertheless,there are still many problems in their legal status,operation mode and monitoring tools,etc.From the analysis on its characteristics,the paper studies their hidden risks.In order to control and avert the risks of private funds,regulate its operation and take advantage of its rational core,some policies are put forward. |
