我国商业企业文化特征及其发展趋势

摘    要:商业企业文化企业文化的一个重要分支,我国传统的商业企业文化建立在自然经济基础上,其发展历史悠久,具有独特的和谐性,但价值观较陈旧,且缺乏竞争意识。在新的市场经济环境中,以物质文化的为先导,以组织制度文化为保证,以精神文化为核心的现代商业企业文化将在普及中得到提高。新的商业企业文化建立在社会化大生产基础上,作为借鉴、吸纳和融江各方面研究成果的一门边缘科学,具有日益强化的理论性。

Abstract:The commercial culture is one of the most important branches in enterprise culture.China's traditional commercial culture,which is built on the basis of the natural economy,has a long history and distinctive harmony;but it has an old fashioned concept of value and also lacks a sense of competition.Under the new circumstances of the market economy,the modern commercial culture will be developed in popularization,guided by the material culture,guaranteed by the organization's system culture and cored by the spirit culture.As a science referring to research achievements of all respects and absorbing them,the modern commercial culture based on social manufacturing becomes a theory that is strengthened day by day.
