微波-超声波协同辅助夏枯草中熊果酸的提取工艺研究

摘    要:文章采用微波-超声波协同辅助夏枯草中熊果酸的提取,对乙醇浓度、液固比、提取温度和提取时间进行了研究。结果表明,熊果酸提取的最佳工艺条件是:乙醇的体积分数为95%、液固比为12∶1、提取温度为70℃、提取时间为240 s,此条件下的提取率为98.84%。

Abstract:By the assistance of microwave and ultrasonic,the effects of ethanol concentration,mass ratio of Selfheal and ethanol,extraction temperature,extraction time on the extraction of ursolic acid from Selfheal were studied.The optimum extraction conditions for extraction efficiency of ursolic acid were found to be: ethanol concentration of 95%(volume),mass ratio of ethanol and Selfheal of 12∶1,extraction temperature of 70℃,extraction time of 240s respectively and extraction efficiency of 98.84% was obtained.
