| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principles of the open tender of university's equipment and material assets, expounds the present market situation of the equipment purchasing, and puts forward some measures for perfecting the management of the open tender of university's equipment, which include establishing and perfecting the equipment purchasing system, broadening the channel of the purchasing, improving the modes of tender, and increasing the quality of the purchasing personnel, etc. |
