摘    要:基于三相-三相矩阵式变换器(MC)的拓扑与开关函数矩阵,建立了一种三相可控整流器(三相AC/DCMC)的拓扑和开关函数矩阵.该整流器的最大输出电压幅值可达输入相电压幅值的1.5倍,输出电压极性任意可调,并具有宽范围输出电压调节、正弦输入电流零位移以及电能双向流动等能力,是一种通用的三相可控整流器.其应用场合包括AC/DC电动机传动、直流励磁、有源电力滤波、功率因数校正等许多领域.利用SIMULINK4.1进行仿真研究后,采用开关函数算法和一步换流策略实现了一种三相AC/DCMC带负载系统.仿真与实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:Based on the topology and switching function matrix of three-phase to three-phase matrix converter(MC), the topology and switching function matrix of a three-phase controlled rectifier were established (called three-phase AC/DC MC in the paper). It can output a maximum voltage amplitude of 1.5 times that of input phase voltage with a variable polarity. It also features wide output voltage, zero input current displacement and bi-directional power flow, etc., which shows it is a generalized three-phase controlled rectifier. It can be used in many fields, such as AC/DC motor drive, DC magnetization, active power filter and power factor correction. The three-phase AC/DC MC with a load was simulated with SIMULINK 4.1 and implemented with switching function algorithm and one-step commutation strategy. The results prove the validity of the theoretical analysis.
