中国官员应采取隔级任命制

摘    要:目前国内的官员任命是采取逐级任命制的任命方式,这种方式有优点,但是也存在着缺点,并且随着社会的发展缺点越来越明显。文章认为中国的官员任命应当采取隔级任命制的方式,加大中央对地方的领导,解决中央与地方的行政脱节,为了社会更好的发展提供一个良好的政治环境。

Abstract:At present,China's official appointment is taken the way called step by step system.This approach has its advantages,but there are disadvantages and shortcomings which become more and more obvious with the development of society.This article proposed that China's official system of appointment should be taken the way of every-other-level to strengthen the contact between central and local government,in order to provide a good political environment for a better development of society.
