| 摘 要： | 在生物及生物技术的研究和应用中,RNA的提取已经成为重要的基本实验技术。本研究对CTAB法提取RNA的过程中影响因素进行分析,尝试采用改良的CTAB方法从动物组织中提取总RNA。通过紫外分光光度法和凝胶电泳检测分析可知,采用该方法提取的总RNA纯度高,完整性好,电泳条带完整清晰,可以进行下一步的分子生物学研究。结果表明,用改良的CTAB法提取动物组织RNA是切实可行的,它具有简便、实用性强的特点,是一个符合分子生物学实验教学要求的新方法。
