铝液表面吸氢的模拟研究

摘    要:本文采用 KOH溶液-CO2-N2系统来模拟研究铝液在处理过程中表面的吸氢作用。分别对单管、多孔吹头和旋转吹头的铝液处理工艺进行了考察。实验结果表明:单管和多孔吹头工艺的液面吸气表观传质系数AK基本上相同,均大于旋转吹头工艺的AK值。AK值与总搅拌能量密度没有直接关系;而主要取决于液体的流态。上下对流增大从液面吸气的AK值。

Abstract:The action of absorbing hydrogen on the surface of melted a1uminium is studied simulantly with the system of KOH aqueous solution-CO2-N2. The processes of the Single Tube(ST), Porous Plug (PP) and Spinning Nozzle (SN) for refining melted aluminium are examined. The experimental results show that the apparent mass transfer coefficient AK of absorbing hydrogen on the surface of melted aluminium for ST and PP processes are basically the same, and they are all more than that of SN process. The AK doesn't dire- ctly relate to totally stirring energy density. The AK mainly depends on the flowing state of liquid. The up-down convection increases the value of AK for absorbing hydrogen on the surface of melted aluminium.
