基于数字图像处理的口腔根管长度测量方法研究

摘    要:根尖定位和根管长度测量是根管治疗术是否能够成功的关键。X射线医学影像具有动态范围宽,细节丰富和对比度差等特点,由于对比度差牙齿根尖部分和牙槽骨密度相近,在X射线图像上常很难看清楚根尖部分。确定根尖位置是口腔医学上的一个难题。针对这个问题,本文采用了医学混合空间图像增强方法,并在该方法中加入局部直方图均衡化加以改进,实现口腔X图像增强,最终确定根尖位置,测出根管的长度。
