扣件式钢管脚手架施工中的安全问题

针对扣件式钢管脚手架应用广泛,但其在施工中发生安全事故的频率较高,通过对发生事故原因的分析,论述了扣件式脚手架施工中存在的安全问题,结合安全管理的经验,提出了解决问题的方案。预防、减少安全事故的发生需要从法制、体制、制度上改革创新,建立新的职业培训机制,健全建筑工人产业工会,推行社会保险制度,加强政府安全监督管理部门,多管齐下才能将安全生产管理措施真正落实。

Safety problem of steel tubular scaffold with couplers

Steel tubular scaffold with couplers is widely used,but there is high occurrence of safety trouble in construction.In this paper,by analyzing the reason of incidents,the safety problem of steel tubular scaffold with couplers in construction is discussed,and combining experience of safety management,the project to solve this problem is put forward. To prevent and reduce the occurrence of security accident, we must make innovation from legal system and other system, to establish a new occupation training mechanism, to perfect industrial trade union of construction worker, to carry out social insurance system, to strength government safety surveillance control section, then we can put into effect the management measure of safety in production.
