| 摘 要： | 管理就是服务,政府能否做到全心全意为人民服务,往往关系到政府在人民心目中的地位和形象,甚至关系到整个国民经济的兴衰。在经济日益全球化的21世纪,我国正面临着日益激烈的国际竞争,所以提升行政管理道德,建设一个适应社会主义市场经济发展需要的公共服务型政府刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | As management is service,the government should serve the people wholeheartedly,which often concern the status and image of the government,even concern the rising and declining of the whole national economy.In the 21st century when economy is globalized day by day,our country is facing the fierce international competition as the member state of WTO,so promoting the administrative moralities is very urgent to build a public service type government meeting the needs of development of socialist market economy. |
