桥式起重机桥架系列优化设计

应用优化理论进行桥式起重机结构设计是国内外研究得较多的课题之一.在以往的研究中,一般是以单台桥架进行设计并将各自变量作为连续量进行优化计算,然后进行圆整,计算精度与效率都较低.本文所介绍的是一个用于桥式起重机系列产品优化设计的实用程序,程序以桥架自重为目标函数,采用离散型变量进行优化设计,根据起重机设计规范建立了比较完整的约束条件,具有结果可靠,使用方便、实用价值高等特点.文中也对部分约束条件的建立与有关设计参数的调整提出一些看法.

Optimum Design for Bridge Crane Structures of Series Products

Designing the structure of bridge crane by using optimization theory has received much attention in recent years. Usually designers take one bridge into account and get one design each time.Also the designers assume all variables as continuous variables and round the optimal solution of them to the nearest discrete variables.It is obvious that this me thod is not accurate and efficient. In this paper the author introduces a practical optimum design program for the bridge crane structures of series products.In the program all variables are taken as discrete variables, the weight of the bridge as objective function and a se t of constraint conditions is made according to the design rules for cranes. The practical design for a factory demonstrates that this program is reliable, usuful and efficient.The author also gives out some views about, the establishment of constrain t conditions and the adjustment of design parameters.
