| 摘 要： | 教师是教育过程中的重要元素，教师的教学质量非常关键．如何才能正确有效地对教师教学质量作出评估呢?提出了非常新颖的评价方法——建立评价的模糊聚类模型．根据动态聚类的基本原理，利用模糊关系对被试教师进行分类，构造了教学质量评估指标．根据模糊相似矩阵，计算出相对贴近度，以贴近度大小来判定教学质量的好坏．实例证明，该方法是有效的，并得出了有益的结果，可供学校教学管理参考．

| Abstract: | The teacher is the important element in the process of education. Teaching quality is a keystone. How can people appraise the teaching quality with the right and effective manner? In this paper, the problem of teaching quality evaluation has been discussed. A series of index used to evaluate teaching quality are contrived and the model evaluation is proposed, which is based on the fuzzy cluster. The test shows the efficiency of the proposed method in this paper. The result is useful for the teaching managers. |
