过氧化物酶、过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶与橡胶树抗炭疽病的关系

摘    要:以对橡胶树炭疽病抗感不同的 7个橡胶品系为材料 ,在大古铜至淡绿期接种强毒力菌株S 3.结果表明 ,不同抗性的橡胶品系叶片接种炭疽菌后 ,过氧化物酶活性均提高 ,而且抗性品系在接种后的 4 8h ,过氧化物酶活性就达到相当高的水平 ,较中感和高感品系早达到酶活性高峰 ,且抗性品系的峰值明显高于中感和高感品系 .各橡胶品系接种炭疽菌后过氧化物酶同工酶的酶活性都增强 ,但抗性品系有新的酶带产生 ,且酶带显色快 ,酶带活性明显高于高感品系 .所有橡胶品系接种前后酯酶同工酶的酶带数量、活性变化差异不大 ,说明酯酶同工酶与橡胶树抗炭疽病无关 .

Abstract:Seven Hevea brasiliensis clones,resistant clones Daling 61-1 and Nanqiang 1-97; moderate susceptible clones Reyan 88-13 and PR107,high susceptible clones Nanhua 1, PB86, PB5/51 were inoculated by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides S 3 respectively at the big bronze_leaf stage. The uninoculated plants were used as control. The results showed that POD activity increased in 48 hours in all clones,and the POD activity of resistant clones (Nanqiang 1-97,Daling 61-1) increased rapidly.Not only they reach the peak of enzyme activity earlier, but also the peak is higher than that of moderate susceptible and high susceptible clones. The activity of peroxidase isozyme enhanced greatly and a new strong band was appeared after inoculation. However the activity of POD isozyme of susceptible clones is weaker than that of resistant clones and no new band was found. There was no marked change after inoculation in activity of esterase isozymes(EST), this suggested that EST has no significant relationship with disease resistance.
