| 摘 要： | 新修订的《工会法》赋予了工会组织依法申请工会经费的权利，但该权利的享有能否达到工会组织申请支付令的主观目的，应冷静分析。从督促程序的立法规定及《工会法》对申请支付令的具体规定出发，分析了工会申请经费支付令的条件及局限性，并提出了解决问题的初步设想。
