| 摘 要： | 效率评价是提升生产系统运作性能的重要工具,但对复杂系统的效率评价的研究还比较缺乏。串联和并联生产系统的效率评价方法已经提出,但对混联结构生产系统的效率评价方法还有待研究。在串联和并联生产系统的DEA效率评价模型的基础上,提出混联生产系统的DEA效率评价模型。该模型能更合理地评价混联结构生产系统的技术效率。关于商品营销系统的实证分析在一定程度上表明了此模型的合理性。

| Abstract: | Efficiency evaluation is an important tool for performance improvement of a production or operation system.However,the related research of efficiency evaluation of complex production system is still scarce.The existing literature shows that the efficiency evaluation approaches to parallel systems or series system have been well studied,but there are no similar studies of parallel-series production system.This paper advances a DEA-based model for efficiency evaluation of a parallel-series production system according to the existing approaches to parallel systems or series systems.The model ranks the technical efficiencies of parallel-series systems more reasonably.A numerical example for marketing systems is presented to demonstrate the suitability of the model. |
