| 摘 要： | 本文依据流变力学理论,分析探讨流变铸造机理,流变铸造特性以及晶粒细化和材料性能提高的原因,认为:半固态金属浆料具有一定的流变性和搅译性,这种特性是与材料组织和搅拌剪切力作用直接有关的.对半固态金属浆料进行机械搅拌作用.这有利于原子的迁移和扩散,有利于浆料的流动和降低组织成份的不均匀性,也有利于破坏树枝晶的形成和抑制晶粒长大. 本文还根据半固态金属浆料的组织特点建立了有关流变方程.从而,在研究揭示材料流变特性方面更趋深入。

| Abstract: | In this paper, according to the principle of rheological mechanics, and rheological
casting mechanism, the property of rheologic casting and refining of crystalline grains
and the factors heightening material property have been analyzed and explored, in this
paper, and a theological equation being fit for describing semi-solid metal serous has
been established as well. |
