关于镀锌添加剂的研究

摘    要:
在过去一百多年的历史中;镀锌绝大部分采用氰化工艺。本文根据我国无氰电镀的现状,结合现有碱性镀锌实际和环境保护的要求,作者于实验室,用不同物质,在多种实验条件下作了大量小槽实验,终于找到了Z-1镀锌添加剂。该添加剂可改善锌镀液的性能,并使镀层质量得到提高。一年多的生产实验表明:Z-1是一个良好的无氰镀锌添加剂品种。具有明显的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:
UP to the Present, Plating-Zinc in Zincate is the main Part of elec-troplating Zinc in our country. Studies on electroplating -Zinc additive in Zin-cate have been advancing in order to improve the technology of Plating-Zinc. When TEA in original Zinc-Plating Solution of Zincate is replaced by Z-1 additive, We may obtain a new Zinc-Plating Solution which has better Performance than the original solution containing TEA. According to experi-meats, writer propose a news Kind of Zinc-plating technology as following: Plating bath compositon and operated Condition. Bath Component Conc. Temp. C.D. Scathode/Sanode NaOH 100~1209/L 10~40℃ 0.5~4(A/dm) 1:1.5~2 ZnO 10~12g/L DPE-Ⅲ 3~6ml/L Z-1 0.1~0.3g/L Experiments snow that the bath solution has many advantages over the solu-tion containing TEA.
