摘    要:人才作为企业最宝贵的资源,在企业经营管理中起着举足轻重的作用。在分析企业人力资源管理现状的基础上,从用人机制、人力资源发展规划、人力资源管理职责、激励机制4个方面论述了加强企业人力资源管理的措施。

Abstract:The talent,being as the most valuable resource of enterprise,plays an important role in the operational management of enterprise.Based on analyzing the present situation of enterprise's human resource management,this paper discusses some measures for strengthening enterprise's human resource management from four aspects of manpower mechanism,human resource management development plan,human resource management responsibility,and motivation mechanism.
