| 摘 要： | 采用乙醇回流提取,热水煮提和稀碱提取分别从高丽参中提取出醇溶性提取物、水溶性提取物和稀碱提取物.利用超氧阴离子清除实验、羟自由基清除实验和邻苯三酚自氧化抑制实验研究3种提取物的抗氧化活性.结果表明,热水提取物有最强的羟自由基清除能力,且高于维生素C的清除能力.稀碱提取物在低浓度时与维生素C相比有更强的超氧阴离子清除作用.

| Abstract: | The ethanol-soluble extracts,water-soluble extracts and alkali extracts were obtained from the Panax ginseng C.A.Mey by ethanol-circumfluence extraction,boiling-water extraction and alkali extraction.On the basis of superoxide radical assay,hydroxyl radical assay and self-oxidation of 1,2,3-phentriol assay,their antioxidant activities were investigated.Among them,water-soluble extracts had the highest inhibitory activity which was higher than that of V_c for hydroxyl radical.In addition,alkali extracts has higher inhibitory activity of superoxide radical than V_c in the low concentration. |
