| Abstract: | Basing on the theorem of genetic algorithm and the characteristic of multi-project resource balance,we design a mathematic model to optimize the NP problem.This paper has proposed a new precision method to resolve multi-project resource balance.Finally,we give an application to demonstrate its effectiveness. |
