摘    要:SA335P91钢属改良型9Cr-1Mo高强度马氏体耐热钢,与传统的Cr-Mo耐热钢相比,具有高温强度高、抗蠕变性能和抗氧化性能好等优点。通过分析SA335P91钢的焊接性,论述了焊缝产生冷裂纹的机理,指出了SA335P91钢焊接性能差的主要原因在于钢种本身对冷裂纹具有组织上的敏感性,容易导致焊缝发生开裂。根据SA335P91钢焊接的特点,通过大量的试验研究,提出了采用TIG SMAW的焊接方法、进行焊前预热及层间保温、控制焊接线能量以及采取焊后热处理等工艺措施,成功地解决了SA335P91钢的焊接难题。

Abstract:The SA335P91 steel is the modified form of the 9Cr-1Mo high-strength martensite heat-resistant steel,compared with the traditional Cr-Mo heat-resistant steel,it performs superior in high-temperature strength,creep resistance,anti-oxidation and other aspects.By analyzing the weldability of the SA335P91 steel,mechanism of cold crack occurring in weld seam was elaborated and it was pointed out that the main reason that SA335P91 steel welding property is poor is its constructional sensitiveness to cold crack and easy to crack in weld seam.According to the welding characteristics of SA335P91 steel and large amount of experiment,the author brought forward the TIG SMAW welding method,by preheating before welding and preserve interpass temperature,control of welding linear energy and postweld heat treatment process,the problem with SA335P91 steel welding was solved successfully.
