微量钼和铁的动力学联合测定法

摘    要:应用具有Landolt效应的H_2O_2-I~--抗坏血酸体系的动力学分析法研究钼和铁动力学反应的加和性和有关物质的干扰作用,提出了原子?化合物中铁和钼含量的动力学联合测定法,该法简易快速,精密度和准确度较好,检出限达到ppb级。

Abstract:A combined kinetic method for determination of micro amount of molybdenum and iron in Mo-Fe-S clusters was proposed. The samples were treated with bromine to decompose the clusters. The molybdenate and Fe3+ were determined kinetically by using H2O2 I-ascorbjc acid system and the Landolt reaction. The sum of molybdenate and Fe3+ was determined first, then the moly-bdenate was determined in the present of EDTA, and Fe3+ could he obtained by difference. The method proposed is. simple and quick, and the precision and accuracy of the measurements are satisfactory. The limit of detection is oa ppb level.
