| 摘 要： | 本文首先论述了项目全寿命周期中的风险及其关系 ,指出项目全寿命周期风险管理的核心在于持续的风险管理 ,同时分析了基于沟通和知识共享的团队风险管理的优点。最后提出了项目全寿命周期风险管理的系统模型。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the risks and relationships among them in total life cycle of a project was described firstly.Then,as the key to manage risks, continuous risk management(CRM) was also pointed.Additionally,the advantages of team risk management based on communication and knowledge sharing was analyzed.At last,a new system model for total life cycle risk management of a project was proposed. |
