车用永磁同步电机的结构振动分析

摘    要:以某车用永磁同步电机为研究对象,使用HyperMesh软件建立其有限元模型并进行结构模态分析,使用Ansoft软件进行电磁径向力波仿真分析;将模态分析结果与径向力波仿真结果相比对,从磁固耦合角度对该驱动电机的振动噪声特性进行了分析.分析结果为车用电机的结构优化设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Based on the study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor applied in electric vehicles,its finite element model is built in HyperMesh software,and the modal analysis is performed.The magnetic simulation of radial forces is made using Ansoft software.Based on the comparison of modal analysis and radial forces results,analysis of is noise and vibration characteristics is performed from the coupled magnetic and solid vibration side.The results can be applied in the structural optimization of motors for vehicles.
