| Abstract: | From three aspects of general strength,development vitality and independent growing ability,this paper discusses that Yiyang City＇s economy has had the good foundation to realize second-mover＇s overtaking,analyzes Yiyang City＇s environmental condition for realizing second-mover＇s overtaking,and points out that Yiyang City should realize the sound and fast economic development sustainably under the guidance of scientific concept of development. |
