| 摘 要： | 地方工业企业已成为我国区域经济发展的中坚力量,但其目前普遍性的高能耗、高污染运作方式给区域环境带来了日益严重的破坏与影响。从当前地方工业企业环境管理问题现状出发,对造成其落后、乏力现象的关键性因素进行分析,提出推动地方工业企业实施环境管理、采取环境友好运营策略的对策建议,这些举措对改变区域工业性环境污染恶化的局面具有实际意义。

| Abstract: | The local industrial enterprise is the mainstay of regional economic development in our country.But at present,its universality of high-energy consumption and high pollution operating mode has increasingly damaged and affected the regional environment seriously.Based on the reality,starting from the current status of environment management of the local industry enterprise,this paper analyses the decisive elements causing the backwardness and incapability in environment management,and probes into the ways to urge regional enterprise to carry out the environment management,and adopt the operating policies in an environmental friendly way.These strategies have realistic significance in improving the worsened situation of environmental pollution caused by regional industry. |
