| 摘 要： | 城市软实力主要指城市的精神与文化力量,是城市综合实力与城市竞争力的重要组成部分,影响着城市的可持续发展。以＂雁城＂衡阳为例,通过对衡阳城市软实力现状的分析,提出了建设城市软实力的具体方法和途径,期求对衡阳综合实力的发展和整体竞争力的增强有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The soft power of a city refers to the spiritual and cultural strengths of the city and also plays an important part in overall and competent power of the city,which influences the sustainable development of the city.On the basis of the current situation of soft power in Hengyang,this paper brings forward the corresponding measures of soft power construction to promote the comprehensive strength and integral competitiveness of Hengyang the strengthening of Hengyang City. |
