| 摘 要： | 网络游戏是由游戏运营商提供的服务,虚拟财产是通过计算机数字化将现实映射为虚拟形象。虚拟财产是网络游戏服务商所提供的服务本身,其使用价值是玩家通过游戏获得的精神满足感。因此,虚拟财产是以实现精神利益为目的的新型财产。
