| 摘 要： | 概括出西北矿区煤炭开采所具有的煤层赋存条件、地质地貌特征和安全生产形势 ,分析了西北矿区煤炭工业可持续发展中需解决的几个问题 ,提出在我国西北矿区建立并运行ISO140 0 0体系的必要性和可行性。针对甘肃煤炭工业可持续发展战略 ,阐述了实施国家标准化环境管理体系的具体设想

| Abstract: | The conditions of coal, the characteristics of physiognomy and the situation of production are summarized and the key problems of sustainable development in North West coal mine are analyzed. It is necessary and feasible to set up and run the system ISO14000. Finally, based on the strategy of sustainable development of Gansu coal industry, the specific ideas of implementing the standardization environment management system of China is put forward. |
