摘    要:本文研究液体研磨技术在柴油机喷油嘴喷孔表面光整加工和内缘过渡圆角形成中的应用.运用概率理论分析了该工艺方法对喷油嘴间及同一喷油嘴各喷孔间流量均值和标准差的影响,并给出了喷油系统和柴油机性能测试结果.结果表明,柴油机的性能得到了改善.

Abstract:This paper reports the liquid honing technique devised to improve the fuel injection characteristics of a direct injection diesel. By honing, the sharp corner of the spray bore inlet can be rounded off and the bore size precision as well as its bore surface finishing are improved. A probability analysis has been made of the experimental results. After honing, the average fuel flow in the spray bore has been slightly increased and the standard deviation of full flow is significantly reduced. Better diesel performance under full load and partial load conditions has been obtained.
