摘    要:利用花卉植物瓜叶菊,对排施于淤泥中的重金属铜离子的实验室内静态净化实验研究表明,瓜叶菊对淤泥中的Cu2+具有明显的吸收去除效果,富集强弱为根>茎>叶,最大富集能力分别为76.2%、64.7%、60%,说明瓜叶菊能明显改善铜污染状况.并通过丙二醛含量、过氧化氢酶含量和质膜透性的变化,探讨了其生理机制.

Abstract:The ability of Cineratia cruerta for accumulating Cu2+of heavy metal in mud through static experiments was studied . The results showed that Cineraria cruerta had significational accumulating and purifying functions. The accumulating ability of distinct place of Cineraria cruerta was different, in the sequence of root>stem>leave. The maximum accumulating efficiency of root, stem and leave was 76.2%, 64.7%, 60%respectively. In addition, it was approached that function mechanism through the change of content of MDA and catalase,as well as plasma elective permeability?
