摘    要:对三七(Panax notoginseng)内生真菌进行了分离并通过18S-ITS-28S rDNA序列分析进行鉴定。结果从根、茎、叶组织中分离得到158株形态各异的内生真菌。对其中92株的ITS序列分析显示,91株分属于19个已知属,另1株真菌的ITS序列与GenBank中已报道的序列最高相似性为82%,认为是一新种。结论:三七内生菌多样性丰富,同时不同部位内生菌的数量、种类及分布存在差异,且有其特有种。

Abstract:Endophytic fungi are isolated from Panax notoginseng and molecular sequences of 18S - ITS - 28S rDNA of the fungi are analyzed. 158 strains of various entophytes are obtained from the root, stem and leaf of P. notoginseng. 91 strains of the endophytic fungi out of 92 strains are molecularly identified belonging to 19 genera. Another one is considered as a new species with highest ITS sequence identity of 84% to the known sequence in GenBank. The results demonstrate that the entophytes in P. notoginseng are diversity and rich, and there are some differences at quantity and species in different organs of P. notoginseng.
