| Abstract: | The 4PL is a model that integrates the whole supply chain and provides integrated logistics. The choice of third-party logistics is vital to the success of the Fourth-party logistics. The Capacity of 3PL supplier is deeply studied by the use of AHP. The new evaluation index system is defined and the model is established. |
