| 摘 要： | 文章对文山壮族苗族自治州小学体育师资队伍建设现状进行调查,运用数理统计等方法对体育师资队伍的年龄、教龄、学历、职称和继续教育等情况进行分析和研究,并针对存在的问题提出了相应建议,为文山壮族苗族自治州小学学校体育的人事制度改革提供参考。
