默会知识视野下幼儿园教育活动有效性探析

摘    要:从默会知识的视角出发,在分析幼儿教师与幼儿各自的默会知识及其对幼儿园教育活动有效性影响的基础上,提出优化幼儿园教育活动有效性的若干设想:建构合理的默会知识价值观;关注幼儿园教育活动内容中的默会知识;优化各种教学方法;评价方式要深入幼儿的默会知识。

Abstract:Form the perspective of tacit knowledge, the paper Analyses the teacher's and children's tacit knowledge affecting the validity of preschool education and finally gives some suggestions to improve the validity of Early Childhood Education: constructing reasonable cognition of tacit knowledge; concerning the tacit knowledge in Early Childhood Education; optimizing all kinds of teaching methods; means of evaluation must consider children's tacit knowledge.
