| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非哺乳期单纯乳头溢液的诊断与治疗方法。方法对49例非哺乳期单纯乳头溢液进行回顾性分析。结果49例患者导管内乳头状瘤26例，乳腺癌5例，乳腺囊性增生病10例，导管扩张症5例，乳腺囊性增生病伴导管扩张3例，均采用手术治疗。结论对单纯乳头溢液患者应采取联合检查方法，以提高诊断率。最后诊断必须依赖手术病理检查，根据病理结果合理地选择治疗方法。
