飞机货舱门作动系统工作状态分析与虚拟仿真

摘    要:为研究飞机货舱门作动系统的工作状态,确定操作和状态转移逻辑、核心处理任务,采用有限状态机理论模型进行系统性的梳理,识别出状态划分、故障管理、运动规划等关键问题并给出了解决方案.基于Matlab一体化建模方法构建虚拟操作环境,并进行仿真验证.结果表明,作动系统工作状态清晰,指示和故障处理逻辑合理,运动规划结果可行,验证了所用方法的有效性.分析结果可以为底层代码实现提供支持.

Abstract:A finite state-machine theory model has been adopted to systematically study the working state, determine the operation and state transfer logics, core processing task of the aircraft cargo door actuation system, which recognized and given solutions of the key problems of state division, fault management, motion planning, etc.. An integration modeling approach in Matlab has been used to establish the virtual operation environment as well as verify the simulation. The result indicates that the working state is clearly, indication and fault handling logic is reasonable, the result of motion planning is feasible, meantime verified the effectiveness of the using method. The analysis result can provide a useful support for the underlying code implementation.
