基于影响函数的轧机辊系变形分析及板形预报

摘    要:在设计、改造板带轧机,以及控制和改善板形时都要对轧机辊系弹性变形进行考虑。采用影响函数法,根据所给出的计算模型对某1850轧机轧辊辊系变形进行了分析,并利用分析结果对其板材横向厚差进行了预报,预报结果表明该方法是正确的。

Abstract:Roll elastic deformation must be considered when plate rolling mill is designed and rebuilt and plate shape is controlled and improved. By using influential function method and computational formulas that are given, the roll deformation in some 1850 rolling mill is analyzed, and the results are used to predict the transverse thickness difference of plate. The results of prediction show that the method is correct.
