多壁碳纳米管负载镍-磷合金催化剂的制备及其乙醇电催化氧化性能

摘    要:采用改良的化学镀法制备得到了多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)负载镍-磷(Ni-P)合金粒子催化剂。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HR-TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)等测试手段对催化剂的物性进行了表征。测试结果表明,圆球状的非晶态Ni-P纳米粒子均匀分散在多壁碳纳米管的侧壁,粒径大约为100nm。进一步通过循环伏安法(CV)对催化剂乙醇氧化的电催化性能进行了研究,结果表明MWCNT/Ni-P催化剂对于碱性介质下的乙醇氧化反应有着优异的电催化性能。

Abstract:Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) supported nickel-phosphorus (Ni-P) alloy catalysts have been synthesized by a modified electroless deposition method. The resulting materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the Ni-P nanoparticles were amorphous, had a spherical geometry with a size of about 100 nm, and were homogenously distributed on the sidewalls of the MWCNTs. Electro-oxidation of ethanol on the MWCNT/Ni-P catalysts was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The MWCNT/Ni-P catalysts showed excellent electro-catalytic activity for the oxidation of ethanol in alkaline solution.
