| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电镜对鲫和金鲫鳃表面亚微结构进行了详细的观察,并对二者鳃表面结构进行了比较.结果表明:鲫和金鲫虽然同属鲤科,但它们的鳃表面结构存在着很大差异.在鳃丝、鳃小片、鳃弓和鳃耙的上皮细胞方面,鲫和金鲫都有各自不同的形态特点;在鳃小片的排列方式及表面形态上,鲫和金鲫也存在较大差异;在鳃耙上,金鲫也没有鲫所具有的较为复杂的滤食结构;并且金鲫鳃耙表面腺体的大小与其附着结构也与鲫的有所不同.这些特征差异可能与鲫和金鲫在不同的生活环境中进行不同的生理功能是相关的.

| Abstract: | The submicroscopic morphological structure of gill surface of Carassius auratus and Gold cracian carp are observed,studied and compared by SEM in detail.The results demonstrated that the gill filaments,the gill lamella and the gill rakers of the two kinds of fishes have various features of external surface,such as various shape and number of lines in gill filaments and caves in gill lamella.There are lots of difference on their gill filaments,and on the gill lamella,Gold cracian carp does not have the filter structure of Carassius auratus.The possible relationship between these morphological characteristics and the physiology of the gill is discussed. |
