文化交际能力应纳入高职旅游专业职业能力培养

在我国国力日益增强的同时,旅游产业的国际化程度也不断提高。在这种背景下,我国培养的旅游一线服务人才的跨文化交际能力不强就成为硬伤。将跨文化交际能力纳入职业能力培养,这一点应当在高职旅游院系人才培养方案制定和教学实施中得到重视。结合旅游职业能力范畴概念在新形势下的内涵,对目前职业教育界的部分意识缺位现象进行了分析,并介绍了将跨文化交际能力培养与职业能力培养融合的实践经验,在此基础上提出了建议。
